Jamie made us feel relaxed; it was as if we were discussing things with a family member. Other estate agents met with us, but they were heavy handed and all business.
We were absolutely thrilled with our choice to contract with Jamie, Ocean Waves. She talked with us and discussed the goals of our sale. We needed to empty the house as soon a possible; we were not concerned with earning a lot of money. We were afraid that this would turn Jamie off since she would not make more money, but she rose to the challenge.
Jamie researched the various objects and furniture in the house and priced them to move. We were not there for the actual sale, but I know that the sale was a family event. Her husband and mother assisted her. Jamie succeeded in selling almost all the furniture and a huge amount of the other contents of the house.
Most importantly, Jamie is extremely honest and considerate. She discovered that one piece was worth considerably more than we knew. Jamie let us know about it. She offered to let us take it even though we were contracted to sell it. Jamie also found private papers that were accidentally left behind. She removed them from the house during the sale, and returned them after the sale was complete.
Jamie was excellent at communicating. She asked us our wishes before, during, and after the sale. She had posted various things on Facebook and other websites. Even after everything was over, Jamie stayed in touch with us and arranged for buyers to meet with us to make additional purchases. Jamie would not accept any money from those sales.

The treatment I received and I witnessed every other attendee receive was way above the standard one would expect from even an established seasoned professional who has been doing this for years.
She treats people like we are guests coming to her home, warm and gracious, friendly and inviting, cordial and appreciative. The sale today was a little further than I usually travel for these events, but I left very happy, and I'm enjoying the stuff I got, and the excellent treatment I got.
I am confident that this company will have a great future ahead of them, with their attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a level of genuine concern and kindness, - that is rare in this industry, and in today's business climate altogether.
They did everything but feed me a delicious lunch, which worked out perfectly, because I am on a strict diet lately.
